A New Car

One of the most significant practical needs we see among the families we serve is access to reliable transportation. Many are navigating daily life with three or four children—trying to make it to doctor’s appointments, grocery stores, and ESL classes without a dependable vehicle. What may seem like a simple resource quickly becomes a major barrier to stability and growth.
Back in November, we shared this need with our friends, network, and ministry partners, asking if anyone might have a vehicle to give. At the time, we knew of at least two families in need—and now more recently, we’ve learned of one more, through a ministry partner also serving refugees.
We’re grateful for how God has provided through community. Through a connection with Omega NW, we were introduced to Refinishing Touch Auto Body, who generously donated a vehicle to one of these families in January. This gift will make a significant difference!
This is a tangible reminder that when the community comes together, real needs are met in powerful ways. We still have two families in need of reliable vehicles. If you or someone you know has a vehicle you would consider donating, we would love to connect.
